Here is for the Terms and Conditions part! Please do read these carefully.

All work sent to me will be changed only in the ways specified when myself and the customer speak, I will not change spelling mistakes in copytyping jobs for example.

You agree that all work you send me is your own, and that no laws, contracts or other rules are being broken by having my help in the process of inputting data, or changing work.

If you are unhappy with your work, please let me know at the soonest opportunity- I cannot be held responsible for bad marks or negative customer feedback due to the content of your documents that do not directly relate to my work (if I am proofreading for spelling mistakes and grammar in your essay for university for example, and you get bad marks due to the content, this is not something I can be held responsible for, and I will still require full payment)

Payment must be made within 10 days of any work being completed. I also will not commence any work until 50% of the overall cost is received and cleared. In case of a dispute, please revert to PayPal's dispute section. Monies unpaid will be chased, and if necessary I will consult with a Debt Collection Agency to recover costs. Bondtypists reserves the right to add an admin fee of £10 flat rate for every 30 days said invoice remains unpaid.

You must have a valid anti virus installed on your computer before sending me any documents- I also agree to keep antivirus software. The customer will incur costs if a virus or malware arrives with any documents sent which causes damage to my laptop and/or disrupts my employment. Although every effort is made to ensure the security of documents sent from BondTypists, it is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure that they have the most up-to-date security in place, and that documents are scanned for viruses prior to opening. BondTypists will not be held accountable for customers who do not have an up to date anti virus in place (AVG for example).

When you agree for me to complete work, you must provide contact details for yourself, including address and phone number, if you do not agree to this, no work shall be carried out.

I will not disclose any information held in any documents sent to me; they will be stored on a password protected laptop until work has been completed, and will be deleted from my hard drive once I have received confirmation that the document was received and that the customer is happy. All contact details will also be deleted upon receipt of full payment.

Any payments of £10 and under will be paid in full up front before work is carried out, payments can be made via PayPal (recommended) or via bank transfer. Both of these payment methods are secure, and I will not have access to your payment details.

You must agree to these terms before I will commence work and enter into a working contract with the customer.
